Advice from your figures
Recommendations tied to the specific numbers they rest on.
Advice here is structured: what the figures show, what that probably means, and what to do — with each recommendation pointing at the evidence behind it. If the evidence is not in your records, the recommendation is dropped rather than dressed up.
It also states how much history it had. A business with three weeks of data is told that its trends are not yet trends.
What it does
- Recommendations ranked by effect on money
- Every recommendation cites the figures behind it
- Says plainly when data is too thin
- Follow up with "explain number two"
